CORPORATE ADVISORY & PROJECT FINANCE IN EMERGING MARKETS
Who Are We?
We are family-led. Our work is directly linked to the integrity of our name.
When we become involved we drive and deliver. We collaborate with our partners above aboard for mutual success.
We have deep local roots. We have operated in South East Asia for over 25 years.
Starting in Capital Markets we originated and underwrote equity-linked debt instruments totaling in excess USD 340 million for Asian corporates, partnering with Crédit Suisse, Daiwa, Swiss BankCorp and Salomon Bros. Since then we have won and lost, making our mistakes so you don´t have to.
We are an anchor point to partners new to the region.
We help to interpret and to guide. We have genuine relationships throughout Industries, Governments, and Financial Institutions.
We specialize in emerging markets.
We are active throughout South East Asia including Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, the Phillipines, as well as India. We also bridge Asian resources to Africa, including to South Africa, Nigeria, Tanzania, and Mozambique.
